- Phone and walk-in bookings are free. Key them into the diary and we take nothing. Same for customers who pay on the day.
- Stripe's card fee is yours at cost. It's charged to your own Stripe account with nothing added, and you can see it on your Stripe dashboard.
- You choose who pays our fee. Add it to the customer's total as a booking fee, or take it out of your payout so they only see your price.
